Meteor

Calls a meteor down on a patch of ground. Heavy damage to everything under it. Against players it strikes at 27% of its force, before the PvP share. Casting it trains Spirit Speak twice as fast as a staff swing. (1435% of your MATK at the centre; radius 3, up to 6 targets; lands 0.9s after the cast; leaves fire for 5.4s; cooldown 8s)
