Mana Vortex
Tears the mana out of enemies in an area, leaving casters among them helpless. Against players it strikes at 27% of its force, before the PvP share. Casting it trains Spirit Speak twice as fast as a staff swing. (radius 3, up to 6 targets; returns 35% of what it takes; cooldown 30s)
