Lightning Storm

A storm that strikes the chosen ground again and again. Standing in it is the mistake; leaving genuinely saves you. Against players it strikes at 27% of its force, before the PvP share. Casting it trains Spirit Speak twice as fast as a staff swing. (415% of your MATK at the centre; radius 2, up to 5 targets; 3 pulses, 0.9s apart; cooldown 6s)
